helpful staff fresh pastries stocked minibar
I found the staff quite helpful, especially with directions, and they always had a smile. The breakfast included fresh pastries, eggs, and fruit. i liked that my room had a minibar stocked with water and juice. It was a relief after a long day. also, the location provided easy access to nearby shops.
I had some issues with the room's temperature control. It was difficult to adjust, and the room felt either too hot or too cold

The hotel is in a very good location. I could reach shopping areas easily. The breakfast had delicious choices. The staff was kind.
My room lacked basic amenities such as an iron. There was no wine bottle opener. I had to pay extra for delivery of these items if requested. The bar and food also felt overpriced.

the breakfast buffet was quite good. the lobby was spacious and comfortable. the staff members i encountered were very helpful, they are pleasant people to be around.
Housekeeping left used cups and glasses in my room. I found this unhygienic. these items were not replaced with clean ones unless i specifically asked. the room was cleaned well, but this detail was consistently overlooked.
